Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement
By booking It’s Only Entertainment LLC DJ services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking Confirmation
A deposit is required to confirm your booking and to reserve that date and time slot. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 day before the event.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. If a setlist has already been created, half of the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations made within 5 days will forfeit the deposit unless coordination is agreed upon for a rescheduled date.
4. Equipment & Setup
We will provide all necessary DJ equipment. The client must provide access to electricity and a safe environment for setup.
5. Liability
The DJ is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the event. Clients are responsible for securing adequate insurance if desired.
6. Performance Times
Performances will begin and end as specified in the contract. Additional hours may be arranged with advance notice.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide a suitable environment and comply with all venue regulations.
Booking Terms
1. Booking Process
To book, please complete the booking form on our website or contact us directly. A deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to reserve that date and time slot.
2. Payment Terms
Final payment must be made 7 days before the event. Accepted payment methods include [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer].
3. Event Changes
Any changes to the event details (date, time, location) must be communicated as soon as possible before the scheduled event to ensure availability. Its Only Entertainment understands things may change. Please reach out to us and we will make every effort to accommodate. We are here to serve your needs.
4. Performance Requirements
The client must ensure that the venue is equipped to accommodate the necessary equipment.
5. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the DJ from any claims arising from the event.
